Feasibility study: refurbishment of a care home under the Baden-Württemberg TPQG
Description
The care home was put into operation in 2005. Since then, regulatory requirements for care facilities in Baden-Württemberg have changed fundamentally. The current operating permission expires in 2029; from then on the existing home must be refurbished to meet today's minimum standards.
The feasibility study, including structural assessment and cost estimate, is in progress.
